Weather: Sunny, 60 degrees F.
Parking: About 8-10 spots.
Distance to put in spot: About 1,000 ft.
Quiet and Peaceful? Kinda, once you get away from RT 9 it is peaceful.
Wildlife spotted? I saw some Canada Gease, ducks, and turtles.
Type of water: Fresh.
This is a nice paddle if you have a couple of hours to kill. It is a great place that isn’t developed very much. Just a few scattered houses line the shore. There are a lot of birds here. I should spend some time trying to identify them.

This is a map ( from googlemaps ) of the Bellamy Reservoir. The starting point is marked (A). You can park your car and put in your kayak in no time. Your choices are left under the bridge towards to dam or right until you reach the end. If you have 2.5-3 hours you should be able to see it all. Don’t forgot to stop and look at the birds along the way. If you like to fish I have seen many people out fishing.
